Men of epc, we hope you will join us for our 2026 Men’s Retreat! This year’s theme is “Out of the Shallows Into the Deep Through Life-on-Life.” Come away for a powerful time of brotherhood, spiritual growth, encouragement, worship, and authentic connection as we challenge one another to go deeper in our walk with Christ.
RATES & REGISTRATION
RETREAT PRICE - $260
Payments may be made in full or in installments to the Men's Retreat Fund. Please complete the registration form and make a full or partial payment in order to confirm your registration and reserve your spot at the retreat. If you are paying in installments, please make payment in full by August 20.
SCHOLARSHIPS
The retreat fee covers your room cost, dinner on Thursday, breakfast and dinner on Friday, and breakfast on Saturday. EPC does subsidize the cost of the retreat so that we can keep prices as low as possible. We'd love to help as many men as possible attend the retreat, and thus, have established a small scholarship fund. Please indicate when you register whether you are in need of scholarship assistance. A scholarship committee will be in touch with you to discuss your scholarship need.
If you would like to donate to our scholarship fund, just give above your registration fee to the Men's Retreat Fund.
food & transportation
MEALS
Dinner is provided on Thursday, breakfast and dinner on Friday, and breakfast on Saturday. EPC does subsidize the cost of the retreat so that we can keep prices as low as possible. While we desire to accommodate all dietary restrictions, this can be a difficult task with a large group. Please show grace in the matter of food preferences and allergies, and please consider whether you need to bring meal supplements in cases of strict allergies or restrictions.
CARPOOLING
Parking is limited at our cabin, so we will organize a carpool. We hope everyone will be able to participate!
