EPC Men's REtreat 2024

Men of EPC, we hope you will join us as we take a few days to get away and spend dedicated time encouraging one another in fellowship, reflecting upon God and His Word, and enjoying the mountains. Our speaker will be Stephen Love, the son of brother Louis Love, who is a dear and close friend of East Point Church.
RATES & REGISTRATION
RETREAT PRICE - $250
Payments may be made in full or in installments to the Men's Retreat Fund. Please complete the registration form and make a full or partial payment by May 15th in order to confirm your registration and reserve your spot at the retreat. Due to the number of men interested in attending, please make every attempt to make your payment as soon as possible to secure your spot.
The retreat is open for members and regular attenders only.
SCHOLARSHIPS
The retreat fee covers your room cost, dinner on Thursday, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Friday, and breakfast on Saturday. EPC does subsidize the cost of the retreat so that we can keep prices as low as possible. We'd love to help as many men as possible attend the retreat, and thus, have established a small scholarship fund. Please indicate when you register whether you are in need of scholarship assistance. A scholarship committee will be in touch with you to discuss your scholarship need.
If you would like to donate to our scholarship fund, just give above your registration fee to the Men's Retreat Fund.
food & transportation
MEALS
Dinner is provided on Thursday, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Friday, and breakfast on Saturday. EPC does subsidize the cost of the retreat so that we can keep prices as low as possible. While we desire to accommodate all dietary restrictions, this can be a difficult task with a large group. Please show grace in the matter of food preferences and allergies, and please consider whether you need to bring meal supplements in cases of strict allergies or restrictions.
CARPOOLING
Parking is limited at our cabin, so we will be organizing a carpool. We hope everyone will be able to participate! For questions or details about the transportation, please contact Dwight Martyn.
